SNOWY RIVER GOLF CLASSIC 2025
The weekend saw beautiful weather, although a little warm and the course in magnificent condition. The local hospital provided us with some free bottled water over the weekend, which was greatly appreciated. The scores reflected the difficulty of having fairways with plenty of grass, particularly for this time of year. The greens were true and fast, and fair to all golfers. Some areas of rough were a little longer than usual, as it had been difficult to get everything done due to the weather. The growth of the grass was so unseasonal.
There were many good scores across the weekend, with winners spread among locals and visitors.
