Snowy River Golf Classic

Orbost Golf Club has hosted this East Gippsland tournament for over 25 years. The Snowy River Classic begins on Friday with an afternoon event, followed by two 18-hole events on Saturday and Sunday. It is a Stableford tournament, with the overall winner determined by the aggregate score across the 36 holes played on Saturday and Sunday. Local businesses provide strong support, and a wide range of trophies is awarded over the weekend.

Self contained caravans may camp in the designated area near the 7th and 9th fairways while the Snow River Classic tournament is on. There are no powered sites, but there is access to shared water. Donations are welcomed at the clubhouse in the same slot where the green fees are accepted.

Orbost Club Hotel Golf Classic
A two-day event with 18-hole individual Stableford on Saturday and two-person Ambrose on Sunday. Past events have included graded trophies, nearest-the-pin and novelty prizes, a BBQ and a hole-in-one prize.

Jarrahs Golf Day
